SG: Afterburner is an air combat arcade game with online multiplayer, 15-mission-campaign, custom games, progression and free roam. Atypical Games brought SKY GAMBLERS: Afterburner to the Switch in order to fill AC's gap.

Gladly, there are smaller developers supporting this hybrid console. My comments are more вЂњdetailsвЂќ to be tweeked to make it better.In the year of ACE COMBAT 7, one of the most beloved air combat franchises, Switch owners couldn't fly in a F-14 Tomcat as AC7 didn't make it to Nintendo's console. The game really is good and the graffics of course are impresive to say the least. Having the ability to customize more of the aircraftвЂ™s ability would be great as well! ItвЂ™s best roll was close air support, so this plane should replace the Corsair in the вЂњTank BusterвЂќ Mission (the Corsair was never a part of the European Theater of operations anyway). Although it was good, it still wasnвЂ™t as good as a P-51. The P-47 is really too much like the P-51 which is not historically accurate at all. (Some other aircraft would be the P-61 Black Widow, the Hawker Typhoon, the Bristol Beaufighter, the Kawasaki Ki-61, or the Nakajima B6N)ДЄs far as gameplay goes I would have to aggree with the post by Scout19D19D. NavyвЂ™s effort in the Pacific Theater and I am surprised that they have not been added yet. Both of these aircraft were essential to the U.S. Two aircraft that are surprisingly missing from the game are the American Douglas SBD Dauntless dive bomber and American Grumman TBF/TBM Avenger torpedo bomber. This game is a blast to play and is easily the best World War II era fighter plane game on the market! The price is reasonable as well.ДЄs far as further game development goes I would like to see some more campaigns and missions as well as some more aircraft. The greatest part of this game is player to customize his plane but its still just cosmetic at this point. The ability to customize the planes would level the playing field depending on the mission. This way I can give 25 to engine, 30 to aerodynamics, 30 to armor, and 15 to armament = 100 points. To the developers, how about giving a set value that the user can control and apply as they see fit to engine, armor, aerodynamics, etc. I tend to see more players вЂњWarpingвЂќ across the map than before the last update. While they may have cleaned up some bugs it seems like a few have now been added. Seriously a P-47 out perfoming a P-51? The P47 is also built like a tank in the game so I caution going head to head with it. The new P-47 has become the star of the game because it has the turning radius of the IAR80 and the Japanese Zero.

The newest update turned the jets into paper targets and it seems like a BB gun would blow them out of the sky. I know, its just a game but I would like to see a little more realism.
